It’s time to meet Cosy Holder – Jamie’s new best friend (apparently). He’s even taken it to bed he loves it that much.

I was recently approached by Cosy Holder to review their fun family tablet and eReader holder. I jumped at the chance as Jamie loves my Ipad and plays with it when he can. The only trouble is he always looks so uncomfortable sat hunched over it with it sat flat on his lap. When I saw how fun this product looked and how up Jamie’s street it looked I had a feeling it would be the product for us. I was also offered one as a competition giveaway. I’d been telling Jamie all about a cute monster that was coming to visit called Frankie. That he is his to keep and he’s going to be there to help him play his games on the iPad. Jamie loves monsters. You just have to read his nursery yearbook to know how much he loves them. So anything that remotely looks like one and Jamie is obsessed.

Now they’re not specifically advertised as monsters but to a nearly 4 year old I just knew that would be how he saw these cute tablet cushions. Bailey is purple and Frankie is green. They are super soft and super cushioned.

Frankie has been made really well and is of a very good quality. Our iPad fits just perfectly. I had some reservations about Jamie taking to it sitting on his knee. I was worried it would wobble about but it didn’t in the slightest. He tried it on the sofa with his legs out and later sat on his small chair. Both were just perfect and the ipad stayed nicely in place and he had a really good view of the screen, which he usually struggles with.

We received a promotional card with Frankie and it states that this product is suitable from ages 3+. Their website states that it will easily hold an Apple iPad, Samsung galaxy tab, Amazon kindle fire and some books. I would imagine that so long as what you are wanting it to hold isn’t too heavy or deep then it should hold it just fine.

The Cosy Holder comes with a handy adjustable carry strap. This makes it a really good to go product. It can be easily carried and used around the house or out and about in the car etc.

Cosy Holder can be used as a pillow and also has a handy zipped compartment at the back to store the tablet or eReader when not in use. It doesn’t have to just be for storing the tablet either. There’s room for other things too such as pens, notepads, headphones. It stores devices up to 245mm in size.

The Cosy holder has been designed in the UK. It is 100% child safe and has been designed with children in mind.

Update – Frankie really is Jamie’s new best friend and toy. He treats it as a friend and chats away to it. I caught him earlier stuffing some soft toys into it’s zip compartment to feed Frankie the ‘monster’. It’s even more than an iPad holder to him.

  116. When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get several emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Thanks!

    1. Hi I can’t sorry. There is no option for that and it certainly isn’t set to send out more than one email. Is there nothing in your email to remove yourself from the emails?
