Things to do at Bucklebury Farm Park review

There is so much to do at Bucklebury farm park both indoors and outdoors. There is, of course, a small farm with the usual farm animals and chances to hold the smaller animals. Including a giant fake cow to practice milking on.

However, the farm animals aren’t the only animals in the farm. You can also take a ride on the tractor to the deer safari where you can get up close and personal with the deer and even feed them too.

Outdoors you will find the trails. The farm trail which goes around all the larger animal paddocks and the nature trail which follows along the river/stream. There is also a wild walk which goes through the woodland area that runs alongside the deer paddock. Woody’s leap is a great little assault course too that’s near to the play areas.

Indoors the children can play on the giant drop slides or wavy slide. Not only that but they have a play bus too which is a lovely soft play better suited for younger children. There are plenty of outdoor adventure play areas including a castle, zip wires, tire swings and not forgetting the bouncy pillow and go-karts. Plus a maize maze in the summer months.

If you’re extra lucky then you may bump into royalty like when we visited. The Middletons live in the village and have been known to take prince and princess George and Charlotte. We bumped into them on the play bus but left them well alone to have some fun.

Eating – There’s a cafe to purchase hot and cold food, picnic spots if you’ve brought your own and also a snack cabin which is open in the busier months.

Facilities in brief – Farm park with animals and a deer safari, trails and an assault course. Indoor and outdoor play areas play bus soft play, go-karts and a giant bouncy pillow. There are toilets on-site.
