Things to do at Legoland Windsor review
Legoland near Windsor is one of the most expensive attractions in the UK. It is also one of the busiest. When we visited we struggled to get on many of the rides as the queues were just too long. If you can afford it you can reduce your waiting time by purchasing instant ride access. There is also an app which can help you plan your visit. It is an idea to target the rides you really want to go on first thing and allow yourselves all day at the park.
Rides at Legoland Windsor include Ninjago the ride within a themed area. Plus a spinning spider, river rapids ride and a dragon rollercoaster. Spinning knights quest carrousel and a dragon roller coaster for smaller kids. Pirate boat ride and a pirate ship. Swing ride, laser raiders, balloon rides, bouncy ride and a carousel.
There is a train and a horse-themed spinning disk ride. Plus a ‘driving school’ for big and little kids, more water rides and a haunted house monster party ride. They even have a submarine ride. Some of the rides have height restrictions and most of the rides are in Lego themed areas.
Other attractions include a pirate-themed play area and a pirate gold wash. Lego games zone, shows and meet and greets. There is a splash pad during the warmer months and a mini-land full of Lego miniatures of places around the world.
Covid 19 – Please check the website or social media of an attraction before visiting. Many places may be open differently and some remain closed. Reviews do not mention all of these changes or possible price changes. Most places now require you to pre-book online in advance.
