Things to do at the Camel Creek Adventure Park review

Camel Creek Adventure Park is a perfect day out for all the family. There’s so much to do, we couldn’t get round it all – which is unusual for my lot! I have a five year old and three year old twins and they LOVED it. But it’s not just for the younger ones. Kids of all ages (including the 44 year old and 73 year old amongst us!) will have a great time there.

As one of Cornwall’s best theme parks, expect rides and lots of them. Okay, so it’s no Alton Towers, but there are plenty for the thrillseekers in your group with several rollercoasters, the Vertigo ride when you are sent soaring into the sky, and daring waterslides.

But if adrenaline isn’t your thing, or if you have younger children with you, there is still loads for them to enjoy. My twins loved Swampy and Dina Land where the rides are geared towards smaller visitors – think tamer rollercoasters, a little ferris wheel, a mini log flume, tea cups, and a bumpy slide. Although I think Daddy and Grandad enjoyed that one the most!

As well as the rides Camel Creek has animals, reptiles and bugs to see, play areas, and an indoor soft play centre (which was closed due to Covid when we visited in August). There’s also a 5D simulator theatre and show arena where special character days are held with the likes of Hey Duggee, Sonic the Hedgehog and Peppa Pig all putting in appearances.

Covid 19: Due to current restrictions not everything will be open, or it may be open differently to normal, at the attraction that you are visiting. Please consult their social media accounts, give them a call or visit their website if you can’t find the information you are looking for.
