Things to do at Bridlington Bird of Prey and Animal Park review
If you were to just walk around this animal park it would take you no time at all. But this isn’t what this park is about, this park is about the animal experiences that you can have. Firstly, make sure you purchase some animal food from their shop as there are plenty of animals waiting to be fed. Secondly, make sure you check out the what’s on board.
When we visited we were able to join in with the feeding of the wallabies. You all meet at a certain time and you are allowed to enter their pen. You can then hand feed them with a variety of vegetables. This is such a unique experience.
Other daily activities include animal talks, reptile handling (we held a lizard and a snake), bird of prey display, raccoon feeding, owl handling and more. This is literally what the park has to offer but it’s a lovely place to visit if you enjoy learning more about animals and getting closer to them than you normally would. They are continually adding new animals to the park.
Eating – There is nowhere to eat at the animal park, however, there is a popular (seasonal) cafe next door.
Facilities in brief – Animals to feed within the park, animal experiences such as hand-feeding wallabies, reptile and owl handling, talks, bird displays and more. One on one animal experiences are also available at an additional cost. There are toilets on-site.
