Things to do at William’s Den review
William’s Den is a unique indoor and outdoor adventure play park not too far from Hull. I can recommend getting there for 10 am as although the park gets busy it is usually a lot quieter for the first hour. Another thing to note is this is not soft play and adults and children must keep their shoes on.
Indoors there is a wooden adventure play area with wobbly bridges, walkways and nets high up joining everything together. There’s even a very wobbly suspended platform. There’s a slide back down into a sand area with plenty of buckets on pullies. It is a fabulous structure with lots to explore. On the ground level, there is also water play with dams and pumps.
Outdoors they have two mud kitchens, a large sand and water play area with a wooden house and slide. Logs across hills, rocks to climb, zip wires, den building, climbing area, swings and a few other play items.
Eating – There is a Kitchen table restaurant on-site selling hot and cold food and drinks. Picnics are allowed outside and they have plenty of picnic tables.
Facilities in brief – Indoor wooden adventure play area with wobbly bridges, slides, sand and water play. Outdoors climbing, den building, sand and water play and more. There are toilets on-site and a restaurant.
