Things to do at Fort Fun review

Fort Fun features indoor and outdoor amusements and is located in a great part of Eastbourne in East Sussex. This means that during your day out you can also spend time on the beach and at a beautiful park afterwards, complete with playground and a pond with ducks which is a bonus.

Indoor activities include a large indoor soft play adventure area which has sections for all ages, including a designated toddler area and a section for older kids. There are indoor slides, swings and climbing frames and the equipment is next to their cafe.

The cafe offers reasonably priced hot and cold food and drink and I was told by a staff member that if you check-in on social media while you’re there they give you a free coffee! I tried it and yes got my free cuppa.

Outside there’s an exciting American mini golf adventure area which includes a gorgeous waterfall. There is a large jumping pillow, a ball game court and various play areas. One of the playing areas is a jungle gym which contains lots of climbing frames, sand and slides, whilst another comprises of an imagination play village with various houses you can climb in and out of.

There is also a digger area where kids can use sit-on diggers to build things with sand, and many picnic benches and seating areas for lunch or rests between each activity. An entertainment stage is also open during peak season which offers a range of kids entertainment.

There’s also a huge splash park open during the warmer months, which has various water slides for older children and smaller slides for younger children. The splash park includes water guns on the top floor and a large bucket which covers the entire splash park with water every now and then.

Covid 19: Due to current restrictions not everything will be open, or it may be open differently to normal, at the attraction that you are visiting. Please consult their social media accounts, give them a call or visit their website if you can’t find the information you are looking for.
