The stately home is spectacular and it is set in spacious grounds. The interiors are opulent with an impressive great hall, state apartments and an 18th-century gothic-style chapel. You can also step back in time and experience a world of hierarchy, discipline and long hours in the 1880s service wing and coal gallery.
