Things to do at Uncle Henry’s Maize Maze review
The Maize Maze at Uncle Henry’s Farm near Gainsborough in Lincolnshire is a seasonal summer attraction. Although their fun outdoor play area is open all year round. Plus they have a FREE farm trail.
The free farm trail takes around 45 minutes to complete. Maps are available from the farm shop. The paths aren’t accessible for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Dogs on a lead are welcome.
The playground has a fun tractor to play on, ride-ons around the outside of the play area, a pyramid ‘house’ to play in. Plus things to climb on, a sandpit, swings, slide and more.
The Maize Maze at Uncle Henry’s is enormous. They have a different theme every year. It can take up to 2 hours to complete the maze but we managed it in around 1 hour 15. Make sure you take drinks and snacks! We passed the exit at least 5 times and also the emergency exits so don’t panic, you won’t be trapped in there forever. Also, don’t forget wellies as it can get quite muddy. The Maize Maze is open from mid-July until late September and during October half term. You get a certificate at the end even if you give up.
Other attractions that are part of your maize maze ticket include a giant bouncy pillow, a fairy trail and a farmyard themed crazy golf.
Covid 19 – Please check the website or social media of an attraction before visiting. Many places may be open differently and some remain closed. Reviews do not mention all of these changes or possible price changes. Most places now require you to pre-book online in advance.
