Things to do at Hilltop Outdoor Centre review
Hilltop Outdoor Centre is an outdoor activity attraction that runs family-friendly sessions. They offer a variety of experiences including a Treetop trail, giant swing, climbing wall and more.
Family Adventure days are action-packed with a range of things to do. They are set in 26 acres of woodland. Activities include Air Jump. This is a 16-metre jumping tower with various platform heights where you jump off and land on a giant airbag. Children can take part from the age of 8 although the higher platforms are for those aged over 14.
The Big Zippers are two 130m long zip wires. The website doe not mention an age limit for this. The Super Swing starts from as high as 12 metres and it enables three people to sit together and experience swinging through the forest canopy The 15-metre Climbing Wall provides an excellent opportunity for children to develop climbing skills and build confidence.
You can also give archery a try and there is a Tree Top Trail. This consists of a variety of bridges, walkways and obstacles up to 10m high. Children age over 10 years can take part. There may be age limits for all of the activities, please contact the centre for further information.
